A more personal way to care for sleep, pressure, screen-heavy days and daily energy.

A short private check-in helps reveal where to begin. If you want more support, I turn your answers into practical guidance shaped around the life you actually live.

TCM-informed wellness guidance · Human-reviewed paid plans · Adults 18+

Personal guidance that becomes clear enough to use today.

Start with the part of your day that feels hardest.

You do not need to fix everything at once. We begin with one pattern that is shaping the rest of your day, then choose actions small enough to use.

I use traditional pattern thinking. You receive modern daily actions.

You do not need to learn traditional Chinese medicine. I keep that perspective behind the scenes and translate it into a small number of realistic practices, with safety limits explained.

Daily rhythm

Wake time, wind-down, meals and recovery pauses

Meal timing

Ordinary foods and realistic eating routines

Gentle warmth

Warm water, bathing and simple heat-based relaxation

Comfortable breathing

Short practices without holding or strain

Gentle movement

Mobility, stretching and light everyday activity

Self-acupressure

Clear diagrams with practical safety notes

Feel what a well-matched practice is like before choosing a plan.

Begin with the part of today that feels most difficult. The free check-in matches that moment with one short, human-approved practice you can complete away from the screen. Return with a simple response and the next recommendation can adjust — no purchase or knowledge of Chinese medicine required.

  1. 011 minute

Name the part of today that needs care

Choose the closest concern or describe it in your own words. Then tell us when it is most noticeable and what feels realistic right now.

Your words guide the match. You are not being scored, labelled or pushed toward a diagnosis.
  2. 021–5 minutes

Take one practice into the real world

Receive one clear practice selected for your available time, posture and preference, with the reason it fits and when to stop.

Complete it away from the screen. The goal is not more reading — it is one calm, doable action in your actual day.
  3. 03one response

Tell us how it actually felt

A brief response — useful, too much, too little or not right today — helps the system avoid repeating a poor fit.

Your next suggestion can change with the feedback. More structured, human-reviewed support is explained later, after you understand the method.

The free check-in needs no card. After the practice, you can see why it was matched, when to stop and how your response can shape the next suggestion.

Technology organizes the detail. Responsibility stays human.

The Own Rhythm review protocol turns a private check-in into a usable plan without handing the final decision to a model. AI supports structure; safety rules and Haowen control what can be delivered.

  1. Private intake

Only the details needed for the selected service are collected. Health answers stay out of advertising audiences.

  2. Structured synthesis

AI organizes the answers into an internal draft. It does not diagnose, approve or send a paid plan.

  3. Safety gate

Urgent language pauses ordinary guidance and moves the case into safety handling instead of routine advice.

  4. Haowen review

Every paid plan is read, edited and approved by Haowen before the user receives it.

  • No automatic diagnosis
  • No health data in ad audiences
  • Time-limited private image handling
  • Human approval before delivery

The result is a clear lifestyle plan with named actions, timing, safety notes and a review point — not a transcript of your answers.

I listen for the life around the concern — then shape a plan that can live inside it.

I’m Haowen. Eight years of first-line practice and mentor-guided learning in a traditional Chinese medicine clinic in Changde taught me to look at daily rhythm as a whole: sleep, pressure, appetite, movement and recovery. Building projects for international audiences taught me something equally practical — guidance only matters when it is clear enough to use in real life.

Before I send a paid plan, I read the person’s context, remove what does not fit and keep the few actions they can genuinely carry forward.

A month gives us room to see the wider rhythm around one concern.

A personal month should look and feel personal.

This is the depth of work, not a fixed template. The order, practices and emphasis change with your concern, routine, preferences and safety limits.

Your concern, in your words

Begin with what is actually bothering you. The intake gives room for context, limits and what you have already tried.

A complete rhythm map

Meals, sleep, pressure, movement and recovery are organized around one clear priority rather than treated as separate tips.

Practices selected for you

Only the useful actions remain — such as gentle movement, breathing, warmth, ordinary-food routines or self-acupressure.

Review, adjust, continue

Use seven days of private follow-up to clarify execution. The next monthly cycle changes with what you actually experienced.

Useful for everyday rhythm. Not a substitute for medical care.

Use Own Rhythm for ordinary screen breaks, work transitions, sleep routines and gentle movement. If something feels severe, persistent, rapidly worsening or urgent, stop the practice and use local professional or emergency care. The system never diagnoses and never asks AI to invent a health exercise.
